Advertising Scams

1. They will mention the rate and or the loan amount but will not mention the closing costs or APR. Why? Because if they did you would know it was a scam. To get a rock bottom rate they must charge you a ton of closing costs(sometimes $10,000) up front in which you can never get back. We don't like our customers paying closing costs because not only does it save our clients a lot of money, but if the rates go lower, we can refinance again with very little or no closing costs. None of our customers will lose a bunch of closing cost money spent earlier to get some great low rate.

2. They claim they have the best service. Yet they put their customers in loans just because it makes them the most money. They never talk about guiding clients to better credit or teaching them how to keep their credit score up. Some actually have a fallout rate of how many customers walk out on the closing..Wow!. With mass advertising comes a lot of cost and a lot of inexperience. If you needed to hire people right away to teach something that takes years to perfect, would you be confident in your service? Simple, it isn't. The service loan industry doesn't work exactly like the commodities industry-how a candy bar should be cheaper if you buy from Wal-Mart because they buy the most candy bars. It matters a whole bunch on that companies ethics or greediness, overhead costs(including advertising), and their resources.
